Questions

How long does an order take?

Orders are prepared in our studio and dispatched on working days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and with their labels on. Write to info@lafleury.com with your order number and we will take it from there.

Why is my piece slightly different from the photo?

Because it was embroidered by hand. Small differences in the stitch, the density of the thread or the exact tone of the velvet are part of the work — they are not a defect.

How do I look after hand embroidery?

Hand embroidery does not survive a washing machine. Follow the label on your piece, and steam from the reverse of the fabric instead of ironing over the embroidery. More on the Care page.

Where do you ship?

Shipping options, rates and delivery times appear at checkout as soon as you enter your address. If your country is not listed, write to info@lafleury.com and we will look into it.
